How do I fix this?

I have a bunch of Sexout mods, but this breaks immersion.

Anyone know what on the SMMP mods it needs fixing?

Looks like the mesh is missing a correct texture path or the texture itself. Use console commands on that npc and type inv and get the formid to track it down.

Your likely missing something from the maternity mod.

This is a mesh from Sexout Common Resources --> Maternity Clothing. It seems you somehow have a missing texture or misplaced texture.

Perhaps redownload that specific msh-and-texture pack.
