update, i opened my old game and it still worked some how ( by which i mean it didnt crash and  and my character wasnt in the T pose) i wonder how it got fixed ?

It begs the question, what did you do differently?" However, when you make changes, including "just" running LOOT, you need to start a new game. Your save is going to (at some point) be looking for mods that are not there or moved, then your game will start "acting funny" and finally you will have a CTD. Simpler, and less frustrating (in my personal experience) to simply start over now.
