Doesn't appear to be, I checked myself and they look identical. haven't downloaded them yet, I have Saikyo's version in my game

Rowen makes Sailor Moon related Sims based upon content from Silver Moon right here on LoverLab.

I know that there is or was plenty of things related to Chobits and Xenosage but I don't know if the links are still good. It would be worth giving those show titles a run through a few mod sites' search engines.
