installed an animation pack and now all animations are broken

even the vanilla animations are just t-poses.

id like to figure out why the animation pack breaks my skyrim, ive got it on the bottom of my load order list 

i also installed sexlab tools at the same time, but ive uninstalled that and it still just t-poses everything. ive run FNIS twice now and its had no effect.   i would really appreciate any help.

What's your FNIS log say? I'm guessing there's at least one warning there and that likely has the answer.

is there a button to display warnings or something that im missing? i dont see anything about it on here (i just ran it again)

you have to tick  the gender specific animations also

Always tick "HKX File Compatibility Check Skyrim/SSE" when running FNIS. That will show you if you have problems with conversion, or un-converted animations.
