BettaFranka Posted October 19, 2018 Posted October 19, 2018 I installed Wicked Whims and it was working until I got the Jungle expansion. After that, my sims started to take too much time to interact with other sims. I generally have no issues when I ask them to interact with objects, but when I select "tell a story", "flirt" or anything that involves another sim, my sims take 4 to 5 hours to start moving, and several hours more to start the interaction. I reinstalled the game and the mods, but this is still happening, which makes the game impossible to play. I'd also like to mention that all my mods are up to date. Has anyone ever had the same problem?
procian Posted October 20, 2018 Posted October 20, 2018 Try playing offline....also try deleting localthumbcache.pkg in the sims 4 folder.
TURBODRIVER Posted October 20, 2018 Posted October 20, 2018 There is nothing that indicates WickedWhims causing any noticeable lag to the game. And without more technical information to verify or test makes it impossible to help you. You can consider sending your save game and explaining how soon the game gets to the critical point. I will be glad to see it myself, if it's in fact related to the game or WickedWhims.

However, the issue might be related to a corrupt or damaged component in the game that can't accept WW. I don't know much about this topic, how can I send my saved game?
lushdaize Posted October 21, 2018 Posted October 21, 2018 I have run into this same problem. My sims will just stand around and not move for hours when WW is installed.
TURBODRIVER Posted October 21, 2018 Posted October 21, 2018 I've ran a few tests at this point and I'm not noticing even slight lag and absolutely no Sims getting stuck. For a proper test I would need to know the computer specs, I would need the 'saves' folder and the 'mods' folder (which should only contain WickedWhims) as well as the list of expansion you have installed.
