Could someone please explain how to get her to show up in the game?  I put the mods part of the file into my mods folder and the other items (outside of the mods folder) into my tray folder.  Where can I see this sim in game?

Hmm, copy the tray files into your tray folder. make a seperate folder in mods, copy my mods in and check if you have some meshes double. you should find her in your bibliothek.

I am having problems trying to remove or change the original top and the chest tatoo. Other then that she looks fantastic!

It's an accessory, not a top.
