Random CTDs... Random CTDs Everywhere

So I've been modding Skyrim SE for about two weeks now, I've gone through about three saved games that have gone corrupt, finally created one that's run fairly stable with all the mods I wanted, until recently.

My problem began as soon as I started the Dawnguard questline. My game became plagued with constant crashes, it could happen at any time too. I'd be in the middle of a conversation with Harkon and it would crash... I would try to search a Draugr in Ustengrav and it would crash, I tried walking through Riverwood at night, game go crash. It's pretty unfortunate because I really spent a lot of time looking for the right mods, creating patches, countless hours in xEdit trying to perfect the merged patch, I've ran it through LOOT every time I created a new patch or added a new mod, and I've even gone as far as to edit all of my .ini files. I have SKSE64 and ENBoost, I've created the memory patch through SKSE, I've tried to ensure that my game would run as stable as possible, but to no avail. Before about three days ago, it would only crash occasionally, which is to be expected, as Skyrim's engine is slightly shitty and very outdated. On top of this I have a decent little machine, Intel Core i7 "Kaby Lake" @ 2.8GHz, nVidia GeForce GTX 1050ti 4gb VRAM, 8GB SDRAM, 1TB HDD... Needless to say, before all the texture mods my game ran steady at 60fps outdoors, with minimal hits to framerate when in large-scale combat (likely due to my weak-ish processor). Anyways, from what I've read it seems that I don't have a load order issue, especially with the care I've taken to ensure my load order is decent (I actually started out modding FNV back in 2013 so I have a little experience...). All forums I've read to date seem to point towards a scripting issue, mainly because to my knowledge, random crashes (and I mean the ones that occur randomly during gameplay, not when loading cells, saved games, etc.) I do have a lot of texture mods installed, and at request will post my load order.

Any type of help would be appreciated. I mainly just want to know if there's a way to pinpoint where the script is running into an issue, because my game truly did run fantastically before a couple days ago, and I'd rather not shelf another saved game at level 21 because it went corrupt.

I'm also deathly afraid of removing mods, because my last game was going really well and it went corrupt. Thankfully I have my character saved as a preset so I don't have to create him again but the progress and the time spent playing is something I can never get back. So please, save some of my dear life and satisfy yours and help me :)

If you say the crashes started with the beginning of Dawnguard it must something that is related to the Mods that 'improve' Dawnguard content or edit the Vampires. So check these mods first. At best start with a save before DG and disabled mods that are directly related to DG and see where the trouble begins as you reinstall them. I have played the DG main quest in SE on the DG side, and it got throu it without any problems while I had Pahe and Musjes add-ons for it running with a lot of script load due to a lot of slaves ( a lot of them were Vampires) running around. I haven't played it on the Vampire side.

From my porting expierience I know, that bad textures have a much heavier impact on SE than they had in LE, so you have to check them also.

Sometimes reducing the quality settings in the  Skyrim launcher might help with crashes in certain areas or in certain situations.

To help your system it is also a good Idea to extract the BSA's and install mods as loose files. Doing this will also show you if and how scripts or models/textures are overwritten and it helps tools like nifscan to see if you have problems with your Nifs/textures.

You know what, I actually have Sacrosanct Vampires installed, which could cause a conflict, but I don't really see how because I've had three saved games where I've made the same, begrudging progress in the DG questline. My issue with the CTDs only occured about four days ago.

I have BethINI, and am using FPS Clamp and some other experimental post-processing mods, I wonder if those might have caused an issue.

As it turns out my save was corrupt again. I'm finally at a stage where I can say I'm completely happy with the mods I have installed and wouldn't mind locking in this mod profile for a playthrough.

Regardless, the saved game is corrupt, which means I have to start again, again... I mainly use vortex (crucify me pls) but I'm far too lazy to attempt to download MO and transfer all the mods I have.

Is it possible to extract the BSAs inside the data folder while the mod(s) are installed or would that cause an issue?

Also most of my texture mods, save for Bijin AIO and its skin textures were installed over a week ago and haven't caused issues thus far, mostly just slowdown in regions such as Falkreath, The Rift, etc.. Still getting around 40-55 fps steady, the game's just extremely unstable and crashes at random.

Don't tell me about experimental things: Right now Skyrim SE is somewhat experimental....

Well It is usually better to exterackt the BSA's, repack the mod and reinstall them. I don't know how Vortex handles the Data and deinstalling will not work as it is supposed to do if you unpack them in you game folder. (You can blame me for still using NMM.)  On low end machines, it means more filespace, but less data load /precessing time for unpacking the files from the BSA's in game. Crashes in Rifton (The one which was always the most crashing City for me) at midnight:-> Problems with Vampire encounters.

Talking to Harcon at the beginning of the DG quest as soon as he transforms into the Vampire Lord?

Loose files just have a higher priority than .bsa and would override; did it with Sassy Teen Girls when I followed some instructions on how to replace their body with whatever I'd want (CBBE in my case); so I have the meshes and textures in their respective folders without cluttering scripts, seq and sound folders.

Just extract it to some external folder and use the files you need.

Eh, no it was after retrieving Serana or the Bloodstone Chalice, I would initiate conversation with either Harkon or Serana and the game would crash.

I've deleted all my save files and tried to start fresh, BUT...

Now every time I try to start a new game, I'm plagued with the infinite loading screen. I have to ctrl/alt/del, open task manager, and then alt/tab just to see Task Manager. Last time this happened, task manager showed that Skyrim was using 1,888 MB of memory, which is far higher than the allocated memory that even SKSE's memory patch allows for... Maybe I should consider deleting some mods before continuing, but I don't really understand why it would work perfectly up until just now.

Not specific to your problem, but just a little fyi:  Open the task manager and in the Options menu make sure to select "Always on Top".  That way when you have to open it again, your don't have to do alt/tab shenanigans to get it to appear.  Sorry I couldn't help with the actual problem, I'm testing and tweaking my SSE setup - have started numerous characters to test out various mods and such, haven't even begun the Dawnguard questline.  Hell, I don't think I've gotten to High Hrothgar yet in SSE...

Actually, this is probably going to save me a lot of time from now on if my crashing issues persist, thank you!
