Considering how good user seems to be about updating Breeder when something presentable is done, I'd guess that if he had done anything regarding this mod, he'd've mentioned it by now.

In real las vegas there are a lot of "gentleman's clubs", maybe you could make a sign in the style of NOVAC (No Vacancies) or the Prospector (SaLoOn)-sign in goodsprings.

I really look forward to a Sexout mod/club that makes freeside more attracting to visit, and to generate some steady-ish income.

Also, maybe a projector that plays adult video's/pictures (the latter might be more practical) in a small theathre?

I really like this idea, I would suggest the following as optional ways to own it.

 

Have a "hostile" take over quest, just muscle the owner out or gain control.

 

Work your way up quest. This can have two version for both genders having the same options.

1) As a guard/bouncer, working up to right hand of the boss then taking over.

2) As a working girl/boy whoring their way up and gaining influence with the other girls/boys till they support the character against the owner to take over.

 

I have a name suggest with sign. Sign is a little hard to explain but will try my best.

sign would be of a woman laying on her back you looking for the direction her feet would be. Her legs raised straight up, the right leg slightly angled to the right(sorta like the kit kat bars of the one bar broken off and angled away at the top) \| sorta like that with the legs if you know what I mean. perhaps add a cat tail off the girl, with the girls torso leaned slight to the right looking around the outside of her own right leg back at the viewer, maybe add cat ears to her.

I have to say, after a couple of months browsing and testing many of the mods for the various games aroudn here I am rather...astounded...that so far a true and real brothel-mod has not seen the light of daay for anyone of the games. Neither Oblivion, Skyrim or Fallout NV. Which is strange because it is so obvious to have...

 

True, we got lots of prostitution-mods, but often they just add the mechanic of having sex with people in casinos or taverns, right there on the floor in public...but a true den of debauchery, shack of sexual depravity, dedicated only to the various ways of buyable pleasure and lust, and hopefully with some interesting character-interaction beside the old in and out...

 

Yeah, I'd love something like that for any of the games...but I don't think User is going to abandon his beloved Deathclaws anytime soon, he seems to have become a Deathclaw-cum-addict by now ^^

This is a great idea and there have been some really good suggestions for adding so I don't know whether my ideas will be of any use but here go's,

 

How about a group of "Slavers/Recruiters" who are travelling the wasteland looking for girls to enslave at the Brothel, this could be a way for the player to learn about the brothel, someone could be looking for their lost daughter and hirer the player, or the slavers could capture the female player and sell her to the brothel.

 

The player could be approached by the brothel owner to come and work for them.

 

As for a name how about something simple like just  " Caps "

This sounds like a joke, but how do you differentiate whores versus a harem?  Does that just mean a group of NPCs that live there that only sleep with the player?

Some ideas, thoughts:

 

- Once ever so often a (slave) caravan comes along to sell new hookers. You could choose which one to buy (possibly by trying them out first).

- This could be a way to introduce the female NPC to the joint, though it will be in the victim role again which I don't mind but someone else here opted to change for once

- Freeside is full of lowlife drug addicts who will need to keep their hands of off your property; lot of action options here

- Option where to 'stage' your hookers. from lowlife squatter camps to the somewhat better NCR camp

- Escort service to remote area's of the world when the male NPC has grown to a well known status or the female NPC is getting good at her job

- Basement with ZAZ components. I always get the feeling ZAZ isn't used a whole lot

- If it is a brothel have some action take place in it. Meaning NPC's using NPC's in the small rooms or on the stage

- Name: What about 'WW' Two big 'W's overlapping eachother. Wastelands Whores

 

Hope the above sparks some ideas, help you or whatnot
