Searching for Hunterborn like mods but on Humans

Halloween is coming up, my sociopath tendencies are acting up, and I'm looking for any mods to harvest the bones, guts, organs, eyes, tongues, fingers, you get the picture.

I tried to make a mod that changes the leveled lists like this one but then the mod made it seem like it was common practice for NPC's to carry around uncooked human hearts in their bags(e.g. pick-pocketing). And they think me uncivilized. ?

 

This is a good start though. And there is the possibility that the mod author did it differently than I so I'll have to check it out when I have the chance.

I tried Namira's Goat, a decent mod but my main gripe with it is that there is no emasculation, no harvesting of hearts, and it doesn't work on men. Still haven't tried the first suggested mod yet.
