Is it OK to use old BBP animations w/ HDT?

years ago i had the old bbp animations by Dragonfly, and when i converted over to HDT (3 years ago), i just kept since i loved 'em so much. it just occurred to me maybe it wasn't good to use bbp anims alongside hdt. like maybe double the physics or something. or more strain on my cpu ect.

any drawbacks to using bbp enabled animations along w/ HDT? thanks

i figured that. so does that mean i can use those Dragonfly (twirling idle) anims alongside hdt without issues?
