Time ago i have a similar problem when zooming with the bow by the slow time feature.

Is caused for the skeleton and have none to make with the mod. Happend to me without archery mod's.

UN-install XPMSE and reinstall again.

Select the coresponding compatibility tick's in the installer. Be sure none overwrite the skeleton.

Run fnis and activate the ticks for the mod's that you have.

Not all mod author s use xp32 Extened skeleton which is one of the main required mods for hdt physics , because it supports. Via having the bone nodes that regular skeletons not have . That said I always open and check in mod that may have a skeleton in it . Most if not all animation are created using a skeleton for moving animation aka walking , dancing fighting , but these basic skeleton do not support physics. Animation or bounce n jiggy  so if the xp32 skeleton is overwritten by another skeleton that does not have the extra bones required for hdt physics thing go wrong. As a rule of thumb always load combat mods that may come with animation , follower mods.that may not. Come with a physic supported skeleton before you install and activate XP32 skeleton which supports physic animation. An check your plug-in list so xp32 overwrites all other skeleton.  Nexus has a preview tab under all there files which is great to see if the file has a skeleton or not.

I have this problem a couple of times once it was a combat mod mostly it was follower mods .
