(REQUEST) slave collar blow head explosion spell

there some mod allow me to put a slave collar with some explosive or explosion spell ,for my slaves allow me to detonate remote or place on area if the slave try to escape of that area the collar activate and boom!!!! i see something like that on fall out mod s i was thinking if there something like that on skyrim
