If you use Mod Organizer, the easiest way to set up this mod is to copy your profile as a new one, and uncheck all the .esp mods other than the required ones for this mod (and dependent ones, like Draeni Race), and your usual generic ones (like FNIS, SkyUI, Cutting Room Floor, whatever). Add in CBBE body, Bodyslide set for CBBE (you can add a second copy of bodyslide if you use UNP -- same with other mods set to UNP), and your favorite body texture (I am using Fair Skin for CBBE). Run FNIS and Bodyslide, add in the generated files, and run the game. If it starts fine, you can quit, check half your esps and run it again. If it doesn't crash, all of those are good. If it does crash, uncheck half of the checked ones and try it, etc.

Maybe whatever's incompatible isn't known yet. Edit: So I lucked out, took a guess, and found something fun. The mod causing the crash is TKAA.esp (The Kids Are Alright). Disabled the esp, enabled this mod, everything works. Enable TKAA, crash before menu. Keep TKAA enabled, move this mod above in load order, and it works fine. SKYRIM, HOW DO YOU WORK?! 1

Cause the Draenei race mod requirement is CBBE only (Not too sure to be honest, the mod author didn't really make it clear on their page, only going off information from the comments). Just purely interested if I can use this mod or not, not attacking anyone's choice of body mods.

Mainly due to them trying to kill me as soon as I get near them, I tend to preempt their actions and kill on sight.
