last exception error on TS4

Been trying to fix this error!! I have no idea what it's saying when I put it in pastebin or xml pretty text I don't understand the cause of the error. I have a few other mods like basemental drugs and MC command center but other than that it's just a few clothing and makeup items I know aren't broken. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate.
