Skyrim Keeps Crashing Even with all mods Disabled

Lately, my Skyrim has been crashing every time I try to load into a save or create a new game. I cannot figure out what the problem is. I started having this issue after downloading Enchanted Arsenal I deleted that mod but I still have problems. I also installed Skyrim onto an alternative drive on the same pc and it opens up just fine.

Start by looking up and install LOOT and let it sort your loadorder.

 

Assume that you have SKSE installed and have made the SKSE.ini file.

 

You should also consider to verify your files in Steam to ensure that you dont have broken masters.

If Skyrim make CTD BEFORE get the main menu is for a faulting master at 99%

Revise your mod list, launch LOOT and look for error, disable your last installed mod's

 

If Skyrim make CTD when click NEW GAME, after get main menu, is of excesive animations at 99%

Look how may animations have you in FNIS for Users making the sum of normal + creatures.

Any number over 10k can cause CTD. The normal number is 12k, i have 13k and some players have 15k.

The real limit number is installation dependant and is related to how many mod's you have, the size of the mod's, how many object have each mod inside it...

Yes i have used loot and done FNIS all in administrator mode.

I will try to lower the Animations but they were working fine before.

I checked my animations and I have about 12k

I was getting CTD at about 10,500. Seems to vary slightly for everyone.

Yes but I mine was still working, which I just cannot understand why it would just stop. I might just have to do a full reboot I just hope I can find out which mod is conflicting.
