My Game Runs Fine Except For 1 Issue .

Anything That Moves Even Smoke And Fire Any Actors Seem To Move

As If There Is A Framelimiter Running , Its Akward To Explain

I Suppose You Could Class It As Stutter Except I Have The

NV Stutter Remover Installed Any Ideas ? Load Order Attached

NVSR works fine for me.

 

Taking a wild guess, this might be a conflict between NVSR & the Purge Cell Buffers.esp you have in there. Try turning off the latter. Possibly read up more on tweaking NVSR to suit your machine the best. Also google for the New Vegas tweaking guide. Your options on such things as cell buffering & preloads, or grass fade distance, or using V.Sync, or anything like that, may also be too high for your machine. Could be any of those, or a combination.

 

It's gonna take some trial & error to get it just right.

There is the ini file and an NVSE file where you can accidentally have your FPS capped to a certain amount. I've had this before and it can make your game basically play in "slow motion".

NVSR in and of itself caps your framerate at 30 fps to begin with. I''m not sure what the other variables mean unfortunatley. Looks like your FPS is limited even further when some items are loading in the background.

There Is However A Variable To Adjust The FPS Cap In The NVSR ini

There Is Also A Few Other Varibles In The ini That Can Be Tweaked ..

 

But This Problem I Have Isnt There From The Start It Comes After A

Playing For A Certain Ammount Of Time ..

The FPS Management In NVSR Was Deactivated And The PCB Esp Was Deactivated And That

Made No Diffrence ..Could It Be Antialiasing Causeing The Stutter ?

I Did Diffrent After Reformatting This Time Is I Didnt Install The Dual Core Patch

It Appears The Problem Has Been Resolved By Removing Sexout Completely As I Personally

Believe That Somewhere In Sexout There Is Something My Machine Disagrees With ....

I'd still advise trying again with only a minimum of mods and seeing what happens.

With NVSR locking fps to max 30 & medium settings on fade distance etc, I find it hard to believe NG itself could be the problem. Some sexout mods may be a little heavy on scripting or AI, but still.

Also, if your problem only happens after some play time there's a chance you have low VRAM. Figure out what your pc's is via dxdialog, then check it against your use in-game with the console functions 'tdt', and 'sdt 21'.

 

(It's hard to diagnose these sorts of problems from a distance because it can be a combo of various hardware, software, game & mod issues. So other than with the occasional wild guess I can't be much use.)

Its Annoying Because It Never Used To Be Any Problem , Once I Got The Load Order

Correct I Only Ever Had 1 CTD In Over 50 Hours Playing Time ..

I Will Try That ... But Ive Recently Just Activated , A Few Basic Sexout Mods

And Its seems To Be Behaving Itselfs ? Strange !
