Then again, it would seem hard to add 100s of armors and not have mismatching things. It's too bad it would take a stupid amount of work to manually create new outfits and the like.

only possible way i think you could do this is making a new outfit record for all outfits like you did for CIS then have that outfit record link to another leveled list. In that leveled list you'd have nothing but full outfit sets linked. But then you gotta make a new leveled list record with a full set for each equipment set as well so you can add it

 

just tested this and it does work.. hmm wish i knew how to write a script to make the process little easier..

decided to do my own project here.. basically similar concept to CIS but covers only a handful of outfit records that hit the most amount of NPCs.. so mostly random encounters like bandits, forsworn, necromancers, vampires, warlocks.. should spawn with mostly only complete sets of armors https://www.loverslab.com/topic/126935-outfit-integration-project

Quick question! 

Will this conflict with the "Enemy Equipment" mod found on the nexus? Will I need a patch?

 

i've read through this mods page and saw no mentions of the mod "Enemy Equipment"
