How do you enable the pregnancy plugin?

Oh yea I forgot to ask, can any NPC get pregnant like ones that spawn via colony deeds, or dose it have to be villagers you find randomly?

Any NPC really. Including yourself if you use the "GoFuckYourself" mod, or just glitch a bed.

 

Edit: Of course, getting a NPC that is in a temporary world pregnant, or a enemy tends to have the NPC not last enough to give birth. Time-zones (planet/world wide) for special zones like stations, temp worlds, dungeons etc is extremely long, AKA a night can last 15 minutes, and a day 45, which means that even if you set it to 3-5 days baby, its still 3-5 hours.
