last exception file

I'm not sure what caused it, but my sim had just had a bay and it was a miscarriage. The file says missing pet tracker and i have no idea what that is. I was hoping someone could tell me what this last exception means.

Pregnancy megamod is the problem by the look of it.....update or delete.
