Help w/ Sovngard Statics in Blue Palace

After months of playing with NPCs in CK and Tes5Edit, I've started working on interiors beginning with the Blue Palace. Nothing major but did alter the throne room to something I can live with.

 

 

I would like to use some Sovngarde curtains in Elisif's bedroom, but despite being visi ble in CK they don't appear in game. I'm stumped as to why? Anyone know?

Select them in CK, right click and check if they are "Disabled on start".
