Help with a Port

Im in the process of porting a small weapon mod from F3 to FNV and i grabbed al of the files that i assumed would be able to be ported over with TESnip 

When i click preview in the geck the mod is a giant exclamation, but i know for a fact i grabbed the texture from the mod with TESnip. So is their a different thing i need to grab to show the world model?

Giant exclamation point isn't missing textures it's missing meshes. So check and make sure all mesh files are present that need to be. I know f3 and FNV use the same nif format so you should just be able to make a FNV .esp just like the f3 version and use it for FNV.
