Sims 3 Kinky World Menu Confusion: Need Help.

So I recently downloaded the Kinky World mod and it's very impressive, but I've noticed most of the non-KW menu options have vanished. There's a lot of 'friendly' interactions missing, the only available options for the 'funny' category are 'dirty joke' and 'dare to'. I noticed that once I deleted the KW files from my mods folder everything returned, which has left me feeling disheartened as I really wanted to play my game with the KW installed. 

 

If anyone else has experienced the same technical issue and/or knows how to solve this, I will be beyond grateful.

Any ideas? I have comparison images here.

I have to remove the KW files out of my mods folders in order to get my interactions back.

Wow, looks like either nobody knew or gave a fuck.

I do not know the problem. KW only adds new dialog menus.

Neither Vanilla, NRaas or any dialogues from KW are removed.

Looks like those are interactions from special traits like bookworm and ambitious.  In the second photo, do you have KW activated or disabled?  Disabled KW does strange things.
