It should be a XML file.

 

Looks like a WW error, but not possible to debug it if you don;t paste the full lastexception file contents.

I don't see a xml file in my Sims 4 folder. Where would I find it in that format? Thank you.

Most of my mods are clothes hair furniture and some houses. I have the prom, bachelorette , sleepover mods which have been recently updated. They never gave an issue . The only custom career is the fashion career and club activities mod.

 

I installed WW for the first time a few days ago and that is when I started getting the errors.  That was also when I installed new makeup and clothing. I had the zerbu go to school mod but i updated that 2 days ago after reading posts that was causing issues for some users. 

 

The crashes are happening mostly after going into CAS changing appearances or shortly after a clothing change. I honestly didn't think clothing or makeup could cause issues or need to be updated.

 

The exceptions are happening at the beginning of loadup .  I am not a  person familiar with programming or modding code for Sims but I have tried reading what the exception says as much as I can make out. It seems an issue with appearance?

Ok take your other mods(not clothing etc) out except WW....start your game up and see if the crashes stop....if they do then add your mods one at a time and restart your game each time....delete localthumbcache.pkg each time and see how it goes.

Appearance Modifier Error

Outdated mod uses appearance modifiers.

An outdated modification adds new moodlets (buffs) that modify Sims visual appearance.
You need to locate the PACKAGE file, in your The Sims 4 Mods folder, that could be causing this issue and remove it. Try starting with the oldest modifications you have.
If this is a new issue, try removing the most recent mod you have installed.
