nufndash Posted July 31, 2018 Posted July 31, 2018 I was just looking through my data file trying to track down a ctd, and I noticed I had a scrips file with source files in it, and I have a source file with scrips in it. I doubt this has anything to do with my ctd because my Skyrim SSE was working just fine before, but this just does not seem right. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be like this or not. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
tasairis Posted August 1, 2018 Posted August 1, 2018 It's not a problem. Skyrim LE had scripts\sources. Creation Kit LE was set up to use that. Everybody used that. Skyrim SE has sources\scripts. Creation Kit SE is set up to use that. But lots of modders are used to the old way and still put their sources in the old place. It won't make any difference to you unless you decide to fire up Creation Kit and start compiling scripts.

And for compiling scrips...I don't even know what that means, so I probably won't be doing any of that.
