Script Heavy Mods (Load Order)

Uhm no, save game cleaner is not really a help to find script heavy mods, at least not when you mean script heavy in a bad way instead of "has a lot of stuff".

The difference is...

1. a mod can contain 10k scripts and run them one after one to make progress in quests etc. That is what some people call "script heavy" but pretty it's much meaningless if you use crash fixes to exceed the limit Skyrim can handle. Since crash fixes should be used anyways and has no downsides except maybe breaking the save game cleaner, there is no point at all in removing those. There also is no such thing as a guaranteed clean save except starting a new game, using anything else and get it working is more or less just luck, depending on the mods you're using.

2. Or a mod can contain a single script and run that often. That is actually bad because your CPU has to handle this script often, additionally to everything else going on, but still might not be too bad depending on the script, but many LL mods have options to reduce CPU stress by changing settings (like creature framework where you can disable arousal integration, scanning times, etc)

3. I'd call scripts "bad" if they need a lot of resources more or less regularly, for example scanning every NPC every time you enter a cell or every few seconds or on every hit etc. But even those might not be too bad by default, they can become quite troublesome if you have mods adding NPCs to the vanilla game, or add CPU stressing effects or something and can be triggered very often, Deadly Mutilation might be one of those.

I don't know ~80% of your load order so i can't really give any specific advice, i've heard that UFO is outdated and shouldn't be used anymore and i've heard that wet and cold is counted to the second category.
