Armor shares same slot

In an armor mod I have, two parts of an armor share the same slot. How do I fix this type of issue?

You have to change the slots of an Armor.
In the Nif, in  CK in the Forms Armor Addon and Armor.

 

Open the Nif with Nifskope and check if the NiTriShape has a BSDismemberSkinInstance.

If so, you have two options:

 

1.

You can change the Slots (Body Part). The same slots must be set in CK afterward.

Displayed in Block Details if BSDismemberSkinInstance is selected in Block List

 

2.

You can convert the BSDismemberSkinInstance to NiSkinInstance (better, because the nif are neutral afterward)

For this right click on BSDismemberSkinInstance -> Block -> Convert -> NiSkinInstance.

 

 

CK:

Load your ESP.

Open the Armor Addon and change the used slot.

The same for the Armor.

 

 

PS: Note that some slots have a specific purpose
