Inferius Posted July 23, 2018 Posted July 23, 2018 Do I have to set up something in nifskope? Or is it more related to editing textures? I have seen some videos about adding NiAlphaProperty to NiTriShapes in Nifskope. I added it but don't see any difference in game at all
SirNibbles Posted July 23, 2018 Posted July 23, 2018 Make sure your exported .dds file is transparent (I know paint.net supports exporting .dds files as transparent but not really sure about other programs). Then just add an "NiAlphaProperty" to your NiTriShape. To make sure it added correctly go to your NiTriShape settings and check under "BS Properties" if you NiAlphaProperty is listed, if it is and your applied texture is transparent it should be transparent in game now.
RomeoZero Posted July 23, 2018 Posted July 23, 2018 As a variant in Nifskope > NiTriShape > BSLightingShaderProperty > [block details] Alpha = 0.0 (transp) 1.0 (visible)
