Need help. My Skyrim seems to hate Quest mods

Just return to Skyrim LE after a year or so and decided to try out some new quest mod. I installed the normal things: texture, ENB, sexlab and start playing without any problem. But when I installed some quest mods in the forum all of them will cause CTD when I load any save games. I ran LOOT, TES5Edit, FNIS, clean the esm, had the unofficial patch install, all doesn't work. The quest mod I tried are Deadly Pleasure, Dogma - Thief, Dovahkins Infamy, Night Mistress Mansion and SexLab Solutions. All cause CTD immediately once I load any cleaned save. Enable Papyrus but it didn't capture anything. Here is my load order:

1. 27X is right. The proper way to create a clean save is to start a new game, then save. Everything else is poking in the dark and hope you hit all the right spots. Not impossible, but not that likely either.

2. Thief does not cause CTDs if everything else is right. It's a great mod and definitly worth playing it, but i strongly recommend to play it more or less on it's own - graphic mods and armors are fine but avoid  pretty much everything else (ofc add the requirements). That it causes CTD is rather uncommon, but the quests are quite vulnerable to script lag which means, if another mod runs an update or something at the wrong time you might get stuck in the quest line. Limiting such other mods to the bare requirements and maybe change settings, creature framework for example scans every few seconds by default. I'd change that to once a minute in case of doubt, then see if everything works fine and increase scanning times again if you think you have to.

2. Deadly Pleasure, Night Mistress Mansion are mods in alpha status, and i can't say the same about those two. I'm not even sure they work at all. That's why i'd recommend the same for both of those.

In general quest mods on LL often even require you to do some vanilla quests, which means it makes more sense to start a new game, play them, then the next new game or back to your old. In contrast to some Nexus quest mods you'll never need a lvl200 character with all shouts to solve any quests, a naked lvl1 is usually fine, so... starting a new game for -more or less - each quest mod will do it.
