Sims 4 skin mods

So  I downloaded ALL of the mods available from loverslab. I even have the nude mod. I went thru the whole process and followed with youtube tutorials. For some reason, when my sims are nude, they do not have nipples or vagina skins. Just blank nude. Why did those not work? Everything is showing up under custom content and script content in the game and everything has been moved from WINRAR to my mods folder in my documents. Do I have to get rid of everything and try it all again? Also a lot of the different sex positions and what not are working as well. Basically maybe 30% of the content I downloaded is working. HELP! TIA.

You have wildguys body details ? if you do they are found under skin details.....nipples vaginas etc.
