Face features. Textures? Meshes?

Hi guys. Really want to know how to make lines similiar to this:

It can be created with use of sculptor, but they will be almost invisible. So how can I achieve satisfying result?

Also would much apriciate if someone can share link for wrinkle texture packs.

Vanilla already have frown line detail maps in texture character assets folder and age40 textures too  for chargen, can also use Elder head msn map texture to work with.Some new detail map mods are also on Nexus.
