VERsingthegamez Posted July 16, 2018 Posted July 16, 2018 The Iron Shackles chain is disconnected and doesn't have physics. The Prison Shackles, when I equip them, crashes the game. I've ran FNIS and Bodyslider multiple times and it still doesn't fix it. Anyone know a fix?

The Prisoner Chains are in the Devious Devices Expansion, Heretical Resources and Devious Followers esps afaik. You can find Fetters in the Heretical Resources too. But also in the Mod Shout like a Virgin. Shout like a Virgin also has golden shackles with chains but their not connected to each other. There are no real shackles with chains only. well AFAIK. Edit: Just install any of these mods and browse through the esps with the AddItemMenu - Ultimate Mod Explorer from Nexus.

I thought you only needed to have the expansion,assets, and intergration to get it to work.

I've done it multiple times. I've only had this problem when he recently updated the expansion and integration back in june. It hasn't worked since i installed the new updates.

If you use MO, you can create a test profile where you install only the bare minimum requirements and once that works, try to reproduce it on your main profile. No idea if NMM provides similar options. Show me such a minimum installation + load order and i'll go through it with you.

Did you try it without that? Oh the ones that dont have numbers are uninstalled from the workshop.

Recreate a virgin data folder, in case of doubt delete Skyrim completly, delete any left overs manually, then reinstall Skyrim. After that, get a proper mod manager like MO. My sig has some guides how to continue from there. I can't tell you anything else because neither i nor anybody i know wants to support the workshop for modding Skyrim, and even if i wanted you'd be screwed pretty much after every update.

Yeah thats why i stopped using the workshop. ill try deleting them and seeing if that fixes it.

Deleting the workshop mods did nothing. So should i reinstall skyrim or do something else?

Uninstalling and reinstalling will not fix it You have to uninstall and then delete the Skyrim game folder, usually in Steam Apps. This is the only way to get rid of all the corrupt data in the Skyrim folder. Then do a reinstall and play unmodded until you can get a vanilla save. Back up the save and then install mods. You can now install the mods to check which mod or mods are causing problems. If the problem emerges again, reload the vanilla save and try again.
neinnie Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 I had the same Problem. Try running FNIS with the Skeleton Arm Fix enabled. That fixed it for me.
