Red Missing Texture NPC following me?

It follows me and upon interacting all the options are in gibberish. Could somebody please help me fix this?

That's not missing textures that's missing mesh files. Go through all of your sexout stuff and make sure you have downloaded all of the required files for each one as you are probably missing some of the required stuff from either the required files or from the required files required files.

Ok I narrowed it down to Fertile Breeder. Should I redownload it all? Thank you for quick reply

You should check all of it's requirements and make sure you have downloaded and installed them all and check and make sure the main sexout mod has all of it's requirements downloaded and installed. Also try running BOSS to sort your load order and is it that fixes it.

Fertibe Breeder is built with the most recent beta versions of most LL mods. When experiencing issues, such as being stuck on main menu, upgrade these first. Also (this should go without saying) make sure you get all the required files for these requirements.

I have all of these but the missing mesh is still there. I even installed SporeRaceData and it's still happening. I'm stuck.


EDIT: I fast traveled to a non Fertile Breeder location and this NPC still followed me? I of course reverted to a save before encountering it. 
Disabling Sexout mods 1 by 1 to try to figure it out. I killed the NPC and another NPC called Slutty Susie came out of it. I don't know if that's helpful, but I'm updating as I go.

Edit2: Getting to the point where I've disabled most of my sexout stuff. Killing the NPC and interacting brings up 2 gibberish options. Clicking the top one spawns another one. 

Edit 3: all sexout mods disabled and it's still there. I guess it's not a sexout mod but if you're still going to help it it would mean a lot.

OMG I'm so sorry for wasting your time my good sir it was some clothing mod I installed. Idk why it had a NPC following me. Case closed and thank you for your help and quick replies
