Hi been using eager npc's mod and Ive got to the stage of throwing parties, does anyone know of a house mod with plenty of beds for followers and a pool included. thanks for your time

There is another one I know called Ayleid Palace remastered. It has many similar functions to underground bathouse, many beds and nice pools. Also the interior is gorgeous but thats a matter of taste of course.

I went for ayleid palace remastered in the end, better pool and well better all round

Any of Skyrimazz https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/users/4138425 house mods are top notch never had an issue with them ..everything works perfectly all the time every-time.

And good choice it is a great place
