xVff12 Posted June 28, 2018 Posted June 28, 2018 I'm using SexLab Light (SE) 0.1.0 with SkyUI. When I open SexLab in MCM, it only gives me a single tab called "Install." In that tab are three categories: "SexLab v0.1.0 Light SE" which contains nothing, "Prerequisite Check" which contains a grayed-out list of various mods that I've installed, and finally "SexLab v0.1.0 Light SE by Ashal@LoversLab.com." Under the last category exists a single button labelled "INSTALL/UPDATE SEXLAB 0.1.0 LIGHT SE." When I click that, and then exit the pause menu, it says it's installing various animations. It goes through maybe a thousand+ or something like that in increments of 10 before finally saying that SexLab is ready! Only it's not, because not only do the intended functions not work, but the MCM does not change from what it was before. Instead of having options regarding SexLab, it's still just the "Install" tab. I've reinstalled SexLab, "refreshed" SkyUI, and have restarted the game. Edit: MCM menu says "v0.1.0" but the .7z file (and therefore also the Nexus Mod Manager) says it's 0.1.1. I redownloaded it today, so I'm unsure what is causing that discrepancy.
Guest Posted June 28, 2018 Posted June 28, 2018 Try to grab the Papyrus.log and post it here as attachment (do it after you click on the "install" button.) It may contain useful information to understand the problem. You can also try to official SexLab, not the "Lite" one. It is still in beta, but looks working and it is interchangeable with the "light" version.

Will switching to the official one keep everything working?
Guest Posted June 28, 2018 Posted June 28, 2018 1. You should add some lines inside the skyrim.ini file. [Papyrus] bEnableLogging=1 bEnableTrace=1 bLoadDebugInformation = 1 Then try to reproduce the problem, the log file should be in My Documents/My Games/Skyrim/Logs/Scripts/ After you are done, remove the changes in the skyrim.ini file, they will consume power and may reduce the FPS. 2. They should be 100% compatible, as far as I know (SexLab lite was using the same IDs for Quests and Scripts.)

All I did, though, was go into my most recent save, pressed the "Install" button in MCM, sat through that while it loaded, then brought MCM back up again to look at the "Install" button before exiting. Where's the link for the official version? The pinned SexLab in the Special Edition forum seems to be Lite. Edit: I just PASTED what you wrote for the .ini, instead of changing the values. Didn't see they were already there. I'm retrying right now. Edit 2: The /Logs/ folder is created, but it is empty.
DoubleTrouble999 Posted June 28, 2018 Posted June 28, 2018 MCM menu in SL Light SHOULD NOT be used. This mod was created well before SKSE64 and SkyUI SE became available, and it is just leftover from porting SL full.

SexLab has completely stopped functioning along with the MCM menu.
khumak Posted June 28, 2018 Posted June 28, 2018 It's been awhile since I used Sexlab Light, but I thought that was developed specifically because SKSE, papyrusutil, etc were not available yet. If you want MCM options you probably want the full version of Sexlab SE which is currently in beta but works great. Sexlab Light is basically a somewhat stripped down Sexlab with built in animations and no SLAL dependency.

The page for SL Light does not mention a full version, only linking to the Oldrim version. I would love to use the full version if I am able to find it, or if I may be directed to it.
DoubleTrouble999 Posted June 28, 2018 Posted June 28, 2018 If you were to look at sticked SSE conversion tracking thread, you would find that very first link in that that thread is for SexLab beta. I highly recommend to read at least the very first post. But just in case if you won't be able to find it, here is the direct link:

Thank you for showing me where to find it, as I don't have the time to scour hundreds of places where it could have been, given that half of those places are obscure and hidden as well, especially to someone with little familiarity with the site.
Guest Posted December 8, 2018 Posted December 8, 2018 Was this ever resolved? I can't seem to see my MCM either, and don't know how to initiate anything...
