I made a replacer for her and set the head mesh to weight 20 and when starting a new game it has her body to weight 100 it looks like. here are the salient points: - head mesh made with weight 20 - this mod last in load order - no mod in load order with her in it except mine (xEdit deleted her in any other mod i.e. Bijin Warmaidens) she still is weight 100 and I have a big gap at neck. trying to make it so I don't have to setnpcweight but it seems skyrim "says" she is weight 20 but she is actually weight 100. personally I prefer weight 100 but trying to see if this is something just on my machine. any ideas? p.s. also having this issue with Nilsene, she is weight 20 as well but it looks like she is weight 50-ish when starting a new game...

I have all the files meticulously configured. checked 10 times so the files should be ok. for bijin I totally scrubbed the mod of her. deleted the NPC, armor, armor addons, formlists, headparts, textures. there is NO annekke in warmaidens anymore. mine loads after bijin and had her at weight 20 but starting a new game she still has weight 100.

RW311 Posted June 25, 2018 Posted June 25, 2018 Check the npc naked to be sure the body mesh you assigned them is ok, just remove any default outfits in esp then go start new game to test. If seam doesn't exist naked then the problem is likely in armor clothing they are set to wear. Also any differences between _0 and _1 mesh will often cause mesh to only load the 100 weight so your body mesh might have some problem.

Can you show a screenshot of the body Armor Addon in Tes5edit? Edit: You can check that the weight slider is enabled in the Armor Addon form. You should only see wieght 100. Only the _1 nif loads if weight slider is not enabled or if the _0 nif cannot be found or if there is a disparity between the _0 and _1 nif file. Switch both npcs to use default body to eliminate any problem in your naked armor weight slider or the body mesh. Now if the problem persists you have something changing data of the npcs when loading. Another possibilty is you have a problem with morph value of the facegen that makes the body weight appear wrong when it's in fact the head this doesn't seem likely but it's possible. Depending on how you made facegen you may have some incorrect morph values, this would (should?) not affect body weight at all so maybe it just looks like that. If your _0 and _1 body nifs are not extremely varied it could be hard to tell. If the neck seam is gone with default body look at weight slider settings of your custom naked body armor settings as onesumgame points out, or the body mesh has a problem.
