I have this transparent box at the top of my screen, I'm trying to figure out what causes this and how to fix it. Thanks.

Some pictures to show what I am referring to...

Spoiler

For try help i need a bit more info.

As you say "ENB Help" i presume if you disabled your ENB the problem disapear. Have you make it?

If the problem persist must search in other direction and you must change the title of the post.

And i need machine specifications (CPU, GPU, Memory) because can be a drivers problem, too strange but can be.

If is a enb problem, rename your enblocal.ini to, for example, enblocal.problem and i presume you not have touch your enbseries.ini but rename it for be sure.

If problem solved you have a bad configuration in enb. If use a public enb config look for update. If have your own enb config some bad have you changed and i can't help more because im not an expert in enb.

Thinking a bit more can be a mod problem. Maybe some mod are addiding a bad ImageSpaceModifier, but is strange, i never see it. i See problems with fliquering ligths and shadows but never a block like that, but can be.

That mean you have a bad configuration in your ini files of enb.

If you are ussing a public configuration like RealVision ENB or Tetrachromatic ENB or any public configuration from http://enbseries.enbdev.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=11 look for and updated version.

If you make you own configuration try use ENB Customizer for solve your problem.

I only use the ENBoost mode, then i can't help more. I not a expert in ENB configuration.
