I could be wrong, but I think the PC masturbating and the guy joins in later isn't actually a mod, it's just a delay problem with sexlab, where an animation with two actors triggers but one is missing. I've had it happen to me several times, generally due to the NPC in question being involved in some other activity or being force-removed from the animation to trigger something else. Not sure about the dialogue in the middle though. I guess it could be a mod, I'm not familiar with them all. But my guess would be two entirely different sexlab episodes, one masturbation, followed immediately by a sex. The Apropos text would seem to indicate both, actually - a paired animation with one missing actor, followed by another paired animation with a present actor. But that's just my guess. Wilhelm isn't getting dressed afterward either. I really do think this is just normal sexlab with some script delays.
