This file needs to be manually installed. There's both the F:NV and F:TTW versions in there, it's MCM-enabled, and I believe it even has the "cute shop" esp. This was in the readme that I just extracted from the file as I just downloaded this from Mediafire.

What I'm trying to find is Lutana's Children of the Wasteland Expansion. Does anyone have the file by chance? I'm trying to test out the Cery's Child Companion but I seem to be getting a whole lot of no where in finding it, even with Google-fu. It USED to be here on the LL somewhere, but the topic it was in has since been removed.

 

Now keep in mind, I have no literal clue what all is in this .7z file (aside from it being virus free). I have literally managed to download it, and see this after being directed here looking for the Lutana COTW expansion esm. The ONLY reason I have this file is strictly to find the missing masters for Cerys.esp and Jocelyn.esp

 

I feel like I need to put that here, because for it to be removed from both Nexus and LL, it apparently has something in here that I'm probably not going to want to see.

iirc the original COTW is in breach of our 'no sexualization of child actors' rule, due to skimpy stuff, and Luthien's expansion (?) isn't but was taken down by him and is no longer to be uploaded here per his wishes.
