Do i need dlc for the sex mods

So im buying skyrim for for them and i was wondering if i would need the dlc as well

You should just get the legendary edition for Skyrim. It will save you headache later on for other mods.

Sexlab itself and the animation files, SLAL packs and other related things generally will NOT require DLC.  You'll enjoy the game a lot more if you do get the Legendary pack though (so following LaEspada's advice is a great idea), with more content, more armor/weapon options and other game play improvements.  Some Sexlab related quest mods, utilities and dialog based mods will require the DLC if they use or modify content from one or all of the DLCs so you'll need to check those independently if you don't get the LE.
