[QUESTION] Change CBBE body to UUNP one ?

Hello !

 

So I used a CBBE body since I started playing Skyrim until now. I want to change the body type to a UUNP one. I understand that UUNP actually includes all the bodies derived from UNP, isn't it?

 

I want to change because I've seen pics of other body types who looks great, especially TITS like : https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/79950/ or https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29827/?

I/ So first, what's the difference between UNPB Oppai and Sevenbase Oppai please ?

 

II/ Could I use an armor who was built for UNP with UNPBO or 7BO ? And build a body with HDT physics through Bodyslide 2 ? I mean if a mod is designed for UNP, will it work with UNPBO and 7BO ?

 

Hope someone kind enough will answer me, thanks in advance, and sorry for my poor English.

 

EDIT: Also, (sorry) but what's the difference between UNP and UNPB please ? I'm quite a newbie with UNP's universe.

1. The difference between 7b Oppai and UNPB Oppai is mainly the shape of the torso and legs. You can examine the bodies in the Bodyslide preview window.

 

2. You must convert armors to from UNP to CBBE and use them to make UUNP Bodyslide files in order to shape them however you want.

 

3. UNPB has larger breasts at max weight than UNP. Again use the Bodyslide preview window to compare the different body types.

For the 2nd part, how do I do ? I'm afraid that I don't understand what you say to me. I do not feel confortable with Bodyslide... sorry. Can you explain please ?

UUNP is the basic body type. UNPB, UNPBO, 7B, Dreamgirl, Oppai (etc. etc.) are all body shapes that can be achieved with the UUNP body. It is difficult to describe the differences between the shapes- the best way to answer your question is to preview the various UUNP body shapes in the Bodyslide preview window. You may have to get the UUNP presets and sliders from Oldrim Bodyslide because they are no longer included in the new versions of Bodyslide for SSE.

You can convert any UNP body type armor to any UUNP body shape- Gamefever and others have published Bodyslide conversion sets and you can also create your own if you can't find them pre-made. And yes, you can add the 5 physics bone weights (Breast L/R, Butt L/R and Belly) to any outfit quickly and easily in Outfit Studio, then batch-build it into your game with Bodyslide.

They are both UUNP shapes- UNPB has bigger breasts- the "B" stands for "Blessed."

Then you definitely should not even consider switching body types because you will be unable to build your new UUNP body to any shape such as UNPB, 7b, wehatever... nor will you be able to convert any armor or clothing to your preferrred UUNP shape. Outfit Studio and Bodyslide are absolutely essential tools, especially if you switch from CBBE to UUNP (or vice-versa.) They are not the easiest tools to master, but I read a lot of official and unofficial tutorials and  after a lot of failures (because the tutorials were in technobabble or they left out critical steps and/or "gotchas" that I ran into, I was able to convert my first armor to my custom UUNP body shape. Now, I can generally make a conversion set and convert an outfit in about 4 or 5 minutes including adding physics bones and building it in Bodyslide. After I had done several conversions, I made my own guide, including stuff I ran into that the tutorials didn't mention. Here is that guide: Vyxenne's Armor Conversion Guide.txt

 

Last but not least, I read somewhere that the CBBE Team had made conversion slidersets to make the new CBBE body emulate UUNP shapes, so conceivably you could use those to give yourself a UNPB or Oppai shape while still using your CBBE body. However, you would have bad ankle, wrist and neck seams if you tried to put on some UNP armor because the chest piece for all clothing and armor includes its own body- so if you put on a UNP dress when your default body was CBBE, you would be equipping the UNP body in the armor with your CBBE feet, hands and head- which will definitely not match up with the UNP body in the armor.

 

If you do go to a UUNP body (any shape) you will be able to convert any UNP-type armor (any shape) to match your default UUNP body shape, and also to give it "BBP" physics bone weights if they don't already have them- Outfit Studio and Bodyslide will be your new best frands. :classic_biggrin:

At this point a very large number of armors have been converted to UUNP so you can start by searching on google with terms like Skyrim + UUNP + (name of armor).

 

If you cannot find a UUNP conversion for the armor you want you can make a request for it to be converted. There are probably several threads here on LL for requests.

 

If you want to learn how to make conversions yourself you can start with these tutorials:

These tutorials can be confusing at first so feel free to ask me questions if you get stuck.

Thanks to you two to take time for answer my questions. Quickly read few parts of your tutorials, and I admit it has decouraged me... especially Vyxenne saying that without ease to manipulate BS, I shouldn't plan to swap body type.

 

Anyway, will try when I will have the time.

UUNP is just a generic shape that can be formed into any UNP/7B body in Bodyslide. When you install a UUNP mod you must build the outfit in Bodyslide and choose whatever body type you want. If you want a UUNP outfit with the 7BO shape you simply select the 7BO preset and click the Build button.

If I install the body type UNPBO for instance. Now I want outfit to work with it, all I need to do is simply download a UUNP designed outfit/armor and then go into BS select UUNP body, UUNPBO preset and... done ?

 

I'm not talking about preset, I would like to have outfits/armors to work with UUNPBO or 7BO. If I choose 7BO preset, the shape will be 7BO, but the body will stay UUNP, no ?

You don't need to install a body type because you can build it in Bodyslide. In the Outfit/Body field select "Unified UNP HDT", and in the Preset field select "UUNP - 7B Oppai" and click the big Build button at the bottom. This is the default naked body that will be used by all females in your game:

To build an outfit to the body shape you want select the outfit in the Outfit/Body field and select the body type in the Preset field and click the Build button.

This way you will have the same body shape when your character wears the armor and when she is naked.

you can do whatewer you want with UUNP now you have 7b oppai, tomorrow you can build body/hands/feet/armors for dreamgirl, next day you can mix some bodies by yourself and edit some lines by yourself making a custom preset... you have milion options in this ? you want cleavage but dont want muscular legs 7b?  let's mix something :) maybe... demonfet 30%, unpb oppai 40% and something like unpb or topmodel 30%  use sliders for breasts to make them more closer  etc... find your configuration or download presets made by players to check how they do presets

 

you can try also:

make first preset for naked bodies

and make second preset for armors/clothes with cleavage and pushup...

Correct, although you can follow the same steps and simply choose another preset instead of 7BO. You can download other people's presets from Nexus, and you can also experiment with making your own custom preset.

So, I can't for example use 7BO then "Ultra THICC preset of doom" preset (custom preset). I will have to tweak the 7BO preset with UUNP body to look like another preset I want, right ?

You can use different presets for the naked body and the outfits, they don't need to be the same.

That's right. You can of course make changes to 7BO and save it as a custom preset. If for example you want it to have a bigger butt you can tweak the appropriate sliders to your liking and then click Save As. A window will pop up and you can name the preset and tick the UNP-related check boxes. I usually tick all 4 of these boxes because I don't know what is the difference between them, except for the HDT part of course:

There's a lot of things you can do with UUNP including making combinations of bodies. Have fun with it and experiment. For example you can make a preset that is 50% 7BO and 50% UNPBO, or anything else. You can even make combinations of 3 or more body types as long as the total % of all the bodies adds up to 100, no more no less.

Also remember to install a UNP-compatible skin texture replacer if you haven't already. There are probably a bunch on Nexus and here are a few popular ones that I can remember off the top of my head:

I strongly recommend using an ENB to make the textures look as good as possible.

I think about All in One  HDT pussy then. Glad to see that you answer all my questions ^^.

 

EDIT: During Bodyslide's installation, I have the choice between pre-built UUNP HDT+ morphs and pre-built UUNP Special +morphs...

 

What's the difference between them please ?
