Bodyslide Won't Load Textures

I'm trying to edit some armor in bodyslide studio, however there are no textures when I load it in, how do I get around to fixing this?

The Load Outfit popup tells you how! Just hit Browse next to the "From file" radio button and guide it to your texture.

Yeah I tried, but it crashed.

Would it help if I said what armor I was trying to edit?

There was mention of this in the [Unofficial] Bodyslide tutorials.  It mentions you might see this if the textures are packed in a BSA file, or it's some kind of bug.

 

There is a workaround under Guide 5 if the texture files are loose.
