Cisna Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 Is there a way to turn off physics for certain clothing mods? I've been trying to figure out how to convert bbp to static but I'm still learning about mods in general. Thank you so much for your time! ♥

I made some recolors and an SSE conversion of them. You can convert them to static by removing the breast, butt and belly bones.

Also, I don't want to be a pain in the butt but is there a program I need to use to remove the bones?
Mez558 Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 So the best (read Easiest) way I've found to do this, from the perspective of a person having NO 3D Modelling skills, is to use Outfit Studio in BodySlide. I've done it with Nifskope and found it removed the racemenu morphs from the outfit. I'm sure there is a way to do this properly but for my needs (read, skill level) Outfit studio does the job. Open the outfit, go to the Bones tab, highlight the bones you want to remove (breast, Butt and Belly as mentioned above) right click and select Delete from Project. Then export back to the location the outfit came from using the same name. If you choose Delete from Selected shape then only the part of the mesh that was selected when you went to the bones tab will have those bones removed which is good way to keep armour static and have the boobs bounce loose.

Well firstly, you don't have to remove the bones at all to have non-jiggly outfits- just don't install any physics-generating (or simulating) mod, such as Dragonfly BBP CBP Physics HDT-SMP-SSE Secondly, you definitely don't have to remove any bones to convert outfits to SSE! Even if I hadn't already published an SSE conversion, you could convert the Oldrim outfits to SSE by just running them through the Nif Optimizer and (optionally) resaving the plugin in CK64. And thirdly (yes, I know you're thinking "turdly" because I saved the best part for last ) I invite you to install (?TA-DAAAAAAAAAAA!?) my SSE conversion of Ves (Witcher 2) Prostitute Outfits in UNPB-BBP trim! If you're a Flower Girls user, there are also a couple versions of my optional addon to dress all 6 Flower Girls, as well as others (e.g. Hroki) who wear the "Tavern Wench" outfits, in the Ves Whore outfits instead. Just go nuts!
