If you are talking about interiors' date=' try this one: Interior Lighting Overhaul @nexus

 

If you mean textures you should probably try NMCs texture Pack or Ojo Bueno

Saw 2 things on Nexus:

 

Interior Lighting Overhaul (http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/35794) - haven't used it myself so no guarantees.

 

The Imaginator (http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/39619) - I haven't used it here, but I use the Skyrim version and it seems to work rather well although I don't use so much for lighting, just color/contrast/saturation. What I liked was the low/no FPS impact (not so necessary in FONV, but a godsend in Skyrim).

I use Interior Lighting Overhaul just fine, there was a clean texture pack on nexus somewhere.
