aep AEP_Career 4.7.3c - Bug Update- November 22, 2022

The 'photo&Co - NO CC' mod is confusing me, the install instructions say to put everything in the tray folder, into the tray folder, and .package files go into mods, easy. But there IS no tray folder in the mod download, and no .package files. Just one tray file and a handful of .bpi files.

Just put the content of 'photo&Co - NO CC' in your tray folder. As there is no CC, there is no need of a mod adding custom content.

The install instruction is maybe for the "CC" version.

How you can hire actors for a scene ? I was only able to ask a roomate to act with my sim.

 

Suggestions :

more events : nude erotic model, sof porn model, hardcore porn model.

The idea is, like your photo event, to call the sim to the studio photography, but this time for somethiong else... maybe turning several scenes for a movie...

This a number of discussions about the AEP (Adult Entertainment Pornography) mod.  On loverslab, most mods have a file page and a topic (discussions) page.  To get to the file page for a mod, one usually can go the very first post of the discussions (press the "<<" symbol on the page finder at the bottom or top of the page).  There is usually a button on the first topic which says something like, "View File".  Press that and there should be a green button on the file page which says "download".

I'm afraid that AEP is a rabbit-hole occupation.  So you get to watch time fly by while he (or she) is at work.  But when at home, they can also spend time in the AEP menu on the computer (although there's not that much to see).

It would be kind of nice to travel with your sim to their work and then actively participate in their employment.  All sorts of ideas sprang to mind (which I won't describe as you'd find out just how much cleaning my mind needs).  I suspect that the real movie industry consists of a lot of waiting around for things like equipment setup, makeup, costumes, waiting for your entrance, etc., although, as this is a game, I'm sure that some liberties could be taken with realism.

Priceless is the look on your character's face when the director says, "time for the BDSM sex scene, replace the male actors with stuntmen!"

 

A long time ago, I saw a porn movie about making a porn movie.  The thing I remember most was after an "action" scene, the male actor was injected with a long hypodermic needle where it counts in order to get him ready for the next "action" scene (shudder).

I fixed the issue I was having with my mod. I had to delete everything from my folder that belonged to this modder, go into my game without the aep & redapplenet mod so that my Sims had no jobs, then I reinstalled them. I have properties for these mods and two of them had to be separated (script/package files in mods, tray files in tray folder) and I took them out of the file it came in and went back to my game and it worked! I now have the option to creat an adultworld.com account for my sim. It might work for those struggling with it so I hope it helps

I am not a modder so I do not know how hard it would be BUT would it be possible to do some sort of integration between Get Famous, AEP Pornography, and WW to make a more active porn career? 

 

I imagine like... a movie studio lot with different "sets" and linking the Get Famous stage markers for acting with WW animations around the set. So your Sim arrives at work and gets a list of goaled interactions to accomplish in the time they are there (like with the Apple Net Call Center Mod) and they would be some that are like being on the set in Get Famous (get into hair and make up, get to know co-star, eat on set) but then add in more naughty things. I imagine like on the lower levels of the career, your sims is an "extra" so might not have much to do for the movie but has an action to sleep with the director for a promotion. And eventually as they get higher, they have more things to do related to the actual filming of the movie they are working on with the use of the stage markers on the set.

ok iv got a question and I'm sorry if its dumb but I'm new to sims 4 moding but iv got the Ksuihuh_Venue List.package dose it contain the venue for the photo studio

I'm quite certain it's doable and would be something in which I would be interested.  Ksuihuh has been a lot less active lately, and I don't know why, so I don't know if such an change  or new mod could or will ever happen.  Fortunately, patreons recently saw a message from Ksuihuh about their mods being OK with the last sims update.

 

One thing I would think would be interesting is to have multiple paths in such a career, much like the AEP career now has Porn Star and Porn Director paths.  Maybe even multiple entries into the porn industry, such as, "Movie set gopher", webcam model, lingerie model, to name a few possibilities.  Ksuihuh could add an alternate entry for those who use AEP just as a webcam platform for some extra cash, allowing those with a certain high number of followers to jump start their career in the active porn career.

Last I heard it did, but then some of the other venue lists like basement's, littleMsSam and so on, keep up with each other.  Although, I'm not certain that Ksuihuh's venue has the Haunted House update.

The main thing is to be certain that you have only one venue in your mod folder.

It's a tool to scan your mods for issues, and to catch mod crashes and make a report to send to the mod maker rather than crash the game.
