WITCHER 3 (Is it Possible to make Custom sex scene mod)

Is it possible to make a mod like add or insert a custom sex scene every time i romance someone like Yen or Triss or Shani or at brothel Women, instead of the original animation scene why not insert a custom made sex animation(cinematic type video) that are available on some websites that has better quality and animation? Will it be possible? i had never seen one that makes it?

 

Its difficult to make actual animation inside the game but i think it will be easier to just insert a custom sex video

that would be awesome :), sex scenes in witcher 3 were kinda disappointing compared to the second game
