skyrim bugs (as in strange behaviour)

Playing skyrim 32bit over some hours and around 160 active mods is not always pure fun. I am looking for some "keys" or "console-commands" to restore some changes without going back several savegames and playing some scenes over and over again.

a) sometime during animations (more or less sexual ones) the way to move the player-char changes. Normally it is like looking over the shoulder and move with the "a-s-w-d" keys and the mousemovements allows the player to look in every directions. But sometimes after the animation is finished, the player "circles" around with the mousemovement (not the environment) and the "a-s-w-d"-keys show the playchar moving in the direction (s)he is looking at.

Is there a way to change it back with a key/command (like first person view) without leaving the game and use a backup?

b) sometimes a quest is "disturbed" from other mods with or without effects to the questline. But the strangest thing is, that sometimes a needed npc is "loosing" the ability to "speak". Only "..." as an reaction, no way to have a dialoge. Disabling, enabling, rescue, resetai have no effects in the meaning giving back the ability to use dialogs. Only way is going back to another savegame.

Is there another way to restore it without the need to replay lots of past events?

Since every installed version of skyrim is different and every player uses different hardware it is hard to find the right decision every time (meaning the gap between installing only the mods essential to one gamestyle and between a stunning scene to look at) so my balance is to have between 40-60 FPS outdoor and 50-60  FPF indoor and around 160 active mods to play with. More or less 2/3 of the mods are texture-enhancing, enb-related or overhauls, great questmods (perks, playstyle and so on), 1/3 of the mods are for "eye-candy"-npc/followers. So I am able to play lots of real hours without real failures (sometimes I will have the usual CTD at cellchanges, but after reloading the last backup and playing the same scene without a failure - so I am guessing it is more or less like a "cache"-problem and not a real bug). But I have not found a solution for the both problems mentioned above. Please help out, if you are able to do it - thanks in advance

I sometimes get a) but not often enough for it to be a problem. Try doing a quicksave and then a load. I think that is what I do to get back control of the character. Or maybe 'stop running animations' in Sexlab?

Can't recall ever having b).

Only suggestion there would be to save (more) often.
