Deviously Cursed Loot SE 9.0 (2021-03-09)

I have a bug where I dont get an cursed loot events, BUT I figured out i can fix it by using the safe word and resetting all quests. so my question is if i use that to reset my quests and then use the console to put myself back in the same spot (only have chloe and bound in skyrim, but bound in skyrim doesnt get finished with the safeword). Or is there some point in any quest that I shouldnt be able to have any events happen? (oh and since i saw some stuff about this when googling, yes i am above level 3)

 

Oh I also have Jack the Belter active, but finishing that with console commands and taking off the belt doesnt seem to fix it

Those should be ok. I've used babodialogue and horrible harrassment before, until I ran into problems with them one of them not initializing with both in the load order.

I've seen approach in old wabbajack list with DCL, so it also should be fine.

If you don't have dialog options, you'll have to find out what mod is replacing her dialog with that message and remove it. I don't think you can dismiss her without using dialog.

It's not a bug, it's expected for the state you are describing.

 

Don't use console commands to change the quest stage or complete quests.
If you use the safe word and you've got a DCL quest active, then just assume you've broken the quest. don't use the safe word while you have quests active.

 

If you have chloe, then you have an active DCL quest. You can verify that by looking at the debug tab in the MCM. If it's currently set to true, it's expected that you don't get traps. Finish the chloe quest up to where you reach the dollmaker at least. If you don't start another DCL quest, then traps will be enabled until you start it up again.

 

bound in skyrim is not complete, it will be finished in another version. it's normal for it to just be there after finishing all the currently available quests.

Ohhh that makes sense, i think im just extra scuffed right now cause i have jack the belter so i cant even do chloe's quest until i can take off the belt (atleast the part im at i cant have the belt on). And then i have jack easy mode toggled so i need to find 10 devious items to give the innkeep, which are hard to find when i cant get any cursed loot events.

Mister X made a small mod to add a marker to the fucker Jack, which should help in tracking him down if you need that.

And you can just head up to dawnstar and buy some items from the dollmaker instead of depending on drops.

After i read Jack the Belter quest description (in scripts of course) there is one thing - if DCL MCM is set on no hardware mode, you can ask inn keeper about Jack of Belter location. So no need mod for that.

If you use safe word all The Bound of Skyrim quest line is screwed and never will work as it describe in safe word use. So never use safe word. And traps will start work again after you complete some quest from this line not 1 not 3 but more.

There is an option in the MCM labeled "Lock menu when tied" you want to turn this off

Hi, I have a ghost item problem, I must have removed some item by command and now I can't get a similar item to work.
I'm on the cursed collar quest, and I can't progress because the belt doesn't want to lock because it understands that the piercing is not locked and in fact it doesn't lock, because I can remove it without prompt and it doesn't appear in the character.
Is there any way to fix this problem or just going back to a save before the problem?

Hey, so I was doing some DCL quests, and realized that after completing the bound queen none of my armor's values were showing up (or, they were, just displaying as 0). I know it's DCL that's doing it because if I disable DCL then load a save where the armor values were 0 they have value again. I was just wondering if anyone knew how to fix this without having to reset all DCL progress or otherwise breaking my save lol. (Note, If I pull up a save before the bound queen quest armor seems to work but that was quite a bit of progress ago and I have no reason to suspect it won't break again.)

This is Skyrim bug, not DCL.

If some items are so overpowered then armor class shows 0. It's usually happens when you wear DCL overpowered items. So solutions is remove all of those items and armor class will show normal. Also it's only visual bug, in reality armor class not gone. Somewhere i read how to fix this bug, but nothing more stays in my memory.

 

Example - if you are hit by Slave collar - it's have too overpowered abilities to keep player alive naked - as you can't use other armors - then armor class shows zero.

After remove this collar by quest all armor values return to normal show. Maybe i wrong, but somewhere in DCL MCM settings was option to remove collar buffs, so it will show armor values normal, but you will likely died fight naked.

Okay, that makes sense, what doesn't make sense is why after the quest, when I'm no longer wearing any devices, it still seems to show the values as 0. Even if it is an armor value overflow I would really like to fix it just because I have been trying to keep my equipment outside of DCL stuff as vanilla as possible (it's just a personal preference).

Ok, if Yes, and you no wear any overpowered item (check carefully, best way is take off all items and check armor values in inventory, when you are fully naked), then try put all Sarah's items back on you (you need key in inventory) and take it off again. Maybe some of Sarah's item enchantment not removed. Not see it in Skyrim, but why knows.

Alright, I've disabled collar buffs, and generic device buffs, and horniness buffs, put on and taken off all of queen sarah's items, and taken off all armor, and not only does my good enchanted gear not show any armor value, even standard armors are showing 0 armor value, including light armor, in which I have 0 skill investment, so I'm really at a dead end, all I know is that if I disable DCL and load in the armor works as normal.

 

I was really hoping that someone had encountered this before and had a solution lol.

Sorry that i can't help, but nothing suspicious is show up in Active buff skill page?

In the same page where is show pierced nipples effect if you have wearied nipple piercings?

There will show any enchantments what change your buff and if it there when you naked - you have something miss wearied or buff.

As far as active buffs, all I have is pain (from spank that ass) and nord frost resistance.

From what mod is that? Doesn't pain decrease 80%+  physical damage? If yes that's a trigger of show AC to zero.

This is the mod, all it does is a debuff to stamina/magica/health

Unfortunately I couldn't solve it with the advice, because I'm not using 3BBB(CBBE), but BHUNP(UNP series) and I ended up remembering only now the good practice of sending the order list. I searched but didn't find a similar option on BHUNP.

I tested it on a very old save, one of the character's first ones, and it worked perfectly. I also verified that one of the piercings does not work, the 'vaginal piercing (soulgem)', does not equip or has an options window. I tried using the piercing remover tool but it didn't recognize any of the piercings I tried to equip.
Any vaginal piercings I try to equip don't get fixed and don't show up in character. The DCL npc that removes restrictions also does not identify any equipped devices.

If there is any command that solves it, I'm open to using it.

Unfortunately I couldn't solve it with the advice, because I'm not using 3BBB(CBBE), but BHUNP(UNP series) and I ended up remembering only now the good practice of sending the order list. I searched but didn't find a similar option on BHUNP.

I tested it on a very old save, one of the character's first ones, and it worked perfectly. I also verified that one of the piercings does not work, the 'vaginal piercing (soulgem)', does not equip or has an options window. I tried using the piercing remover tool but it didn't recognize any of the piercings I tried to equip.
Any vaginal piercings I try to equip don't get fixed and don't show up in character. The DCL npc that removes restrictions also does not identify any equipped devices.

If there is any command that solves it, I'm open to using it.

Don't use BHUNP myself, but if you look at the mod page, it shows you where to change it. It's a slot conflict, so change the slot. If you don't have that MCM, then ask on the bhunp page or upgrade your bhunp version.

Slot 50 is vag piercings. 3BBB has an option to change the player physics to slot 60, bhunp should have a similar option in the drop down.

Not with this mod, but all over google with and without mods. As Elsidia said, it's a vanilla bug. DCL may have triggered it for you, but it's not DCL's fault. Here's an example:

 

 

 

If you're just checking the magic effects tab, that's probably not showing everything. You'd need to check yourself with the console, the mod more informative console may help.

 

Otherwise, you'll have to go back to that previous save if you can't track down the effect. And skyrim being skyrim, it is quite possible that you'll get a different result trying it again. If something got bugged and didn't remove/apply/whatever properly, that could cause the issue. Doing it again, it may work perfectly.

Hello again, after being able to follow the quest thanks to the help I received, I arrived at what seems to me to be the end of it, I had my devices removed and some put in place, but it looks like something didn't go right, as some cursed devices were kept, like armbinder and the plugs.
But the main thing that left me uncertain as to whether there is something later or not, is that I was hoping to have all items removed and then the quest 'bound in skyrim' to be completed as well, just like the 'cursed collar' was, but didn't, so I'm in doubt, if all the quests are over or if there are still more, and also, how do I get rid of the cursed armbinder without using the 'free me' that will break the bound in skyrim if there is a continuation.
