the itch is a script for the sims 4. it puts a private habit on the young adult, adult, or elder in the house you are playing. the house pays for the good part. that good part gets shorter. the next ask comes sooner. when the house cannot pay, the portrait goes Flirty, and Earn it back takes your sim straight into the act with the adult you clicked. 80% of what the habit took comes back to the house.
 

what you click

Just one. the house pays. the first time is §250. then §400, then §700, then §1100, then §1600, in that order. a habit that is already deep still starts at §250. after Earn it back closes the loss, the next Just one starts at §250 again. fun, energy, and social jump. the portrait climbs Happy, then Confident, Energized, Playful, Flirty. every Just one also drops a pile of uncommon moodlets. the usual Happy, Flirty, and Confident cards stay off that pile. the mix changes every time. they come off after 120 sim minutes.

five times in a hundred, that same paid click also moves the full savings of one household you are not playing. the amount is the balance that house already had. a card titled JACKPOT names the house and the amount. a house with nothing saved adds nothing.

the good stretch thins and the portrait goes Dazed. the next one gets close and the portrait goes Tense. then the itch comes back. fun drops. deeper in, energy, social, and hygiene drop too. the portrait climbs Dazed, Tense, Uncomfortable, Sad, Angry.
 

Cover it wears a Confident face for three hours. you can do that twice. a third try gets louder.

Put it down is easy at the start and leaves them Tense. deeper in, the hand can move first. that miss is Embarrassed, and the itch stays. one quiet day steps it down. five quiet days clear the top.
 

Earn it back shows when the house cannot pay and money was already lost. click it on the young adult, adult, or elder you want. your sim goes straight into the act with that sim. a spouse, a stranger, and any adult gender all go through. teens, children, pets, and relatives are not partners. when the scene ends, 80% of that loss comes back to the house you are playing, and the adults in the house get the afterglow.
 

if WickedWhims is not installed, Earn it back never appears and nothing is returned. Just one still runs.
 

how to install

quit the game.
unzip so you get one folder, BlackBox_TheItch.
put that folder in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods.
the script sits directly inside the folder. one folder deep.
start the game and load a lot.
open the cheat console with testingcheats true, then type bb.itch.status.
it should print The Itch v1.0.0.
