The belt wearers all scan for victims adding them to a formlist, then the Formlists are evaluated and put into Formlists by the victims current status, the girls belts scan those lists and pick a target dependant on their rank in the faction and weaponry. The radiation from the belt shields will also eventually cause gradual Devine Immortality (Ghoulification)

The belts emit a shield when in combat that gets weaker the further away from Matron Mercy the wearer is, also use of the shield causes arousal in the wearer and (Arousal + Lust)/2 limit the Battery capacity of the wearer, I probably factor that into the shield strength later.

I intend on a better looking shield that I can vary in appearance to show it's strength, if someone could whip up a sphere/oval or half sphere would be great or I also may change it to a body shaped holo effect instead depending on if I can make the shield only work for ranged attack, not attackers within it.

Maybe I'll do something with the weapons too. Maybe they feed off the wearers Lust but are limited in power by Arousal.

The Stim batons, gloves & pistols induce stimulation which when arousal hits 100% is replaced by crippling Orgasm till unconscious or arousal fades enough to get back under control. Whilst in orgasm weapons & armor can be stripped and a belt fitted to the victim. The new NPC victim then follows the Matron. I wil also add shock damage if the actor gets too far away or refuses to help enslave others when I make the Matron wander the wasteland searching for victims, mainly female, probably something special for Virgins. then returning to the crucifix vault on Sundays for resupply and "services", maybe sex within the order occurs there. Vault 666 perhaps? The twisted idea being Lust is "Good" but Arousal and orgasm are "Evil" unless used for Breeding perhaps.

I may also add F/F sex during capture sequence, but it's the last time the victims genitals will be touched. Female slaves can advance to Initiates and Sisters and be given the Latex vestments and better weaponry. Males will be limited to just being slaves though.
