this will be a fully player´s home in future. Please read the Change Log.
Tipsy, the horse and "Spot", the dog are your friends and take care of your house.
I decided to switch them both to god-mode.

What's New in Version v.2.00
Released
- V.0.98 This is a first mod for the gamer, who Looks for a home near Whiterun, excellent integrated into the landscape!!!!
- v.1.00 now fully access-able -
- V.1.57....MapMarker and some small corrections-please replace the old esp.-file with this one...
- V.1.99....Pool-area ready, carpets added, two wonderful animals added, "Spot" and "Tipsy" (the horse´s Name) added, both can´t die (what a luck!!!), road and house signs added...some preparations for further Versions inside the cellar added......
- V.2.00 I deleted the nearby HOUSE- GHOST -MESH - thanks for your Attention!!! ..and sorry for that nonsence! Exchange the old esp with this new one (2.00)
- P.S. the new Version V.3.00 goes "adult"-downloading...!!! (now available!)
